Metroplexus explores the complex relationships between the many systems that govern an urban environment, and how these systems
affect the local population. Core aspects of cities and urban spaces are visually separated, but affect each other generatively.
By isolating different moments of sound, the viewer is implicated into the cityscape.
Every system within an urban ecosystem affects one another, spiraling into a complex web of moments and interactions.
By focusing on the effects of transportation, architecture, and people within an urban space I intend to allow my audience to reflect not only on their impact on their
local community and environment, but how designed spaces reflect and imprint onto them.
